7. Canceling an Order (By Customer)

If the delivery driver arrives, you must pay a QAR 10 delivery charge (no product cost).

Baseus products: 6 months warranty.

Other products: warranty as mentioned on the product page.

Products without warranty can be replaced only if damaged within 1 day of use.

These terms follow Qatar laws, and disputes go to Qatari courts.
